About The Event

Poppy Blandford (B.Sc.O.T., M.Sc.PMC) works internationally as a Mental Performance Coach specialising in Equestrian Sport.

Psychology has emerged a hugely important element in equestrian sport in recent years and many of the top riders are now integrating psychology into their competition preparation.

Dealing with a wide range of topics from the warm up ring to confidence, nerves, planning and focus, the evening will be full of tips to take away and implement into your own riding.
