Following on from the massive success of the 2021 Webinars, I am delighted to bring you a Winter Webinar Series where we will take certain topics and devle a little deeper into exploring how to understand yourself, your horse and your potential better.  For this webinar we will take a look FEAR AND NERVES and start to explore how they can influence your riding. Most riders, at some point will expereince both Nerves and Fear, learning the tools to deal with them can be transformative.  Join Poppy on January 31st for a thought provoking evening, don't miss out!

  • What is our brain trying to communicate to us and how can we respond in a useful way.
  • How do these feelings influence our riding?
  • Strategies for dealing with nerves in the moment. 
  • Strategies for reducing fear in the long term. 

About Poppy: 

Poppy Blandford (B.Sc.O.T., M.Sc.PMC) works internationally as a Sports Performance Coach specialising in Equestrian Sport.

Working closely with federations, development squads, teams, coaches and international riders, Poppy has built a strong reputation for her specialist ability to influence the performance of Equestrian athletes. Poppy is known for her in-depth knowledge of the equine industry, working to help individuals perform consistently and thrive under pressure. Poppy believes that by putting in place the right mental strategies, support and processes at home and at competition, effort will be rewarded with success.

Psychology has emerged a hugely important element in equestrian sport in recent years and riders of all levels are now integrating psychology preparation into their competition routine. Poppy will host the evening over Zoom video call giving participants the opportunity to learn and improve their mental skills in the saddle. Poppy has many stories from the worlds best riders that will help you plan, prepare and ride better!

This webinar is suitable for all ages ( 15+) and disciplines.
