Are you ready to work on yourself? Like any skill, mental skills training takes time and dedication to achieve progress. If you are committed to improving yourself and ready to make some changes, three sessions with Poppy will equip you with strategies and skills you can implement into your riding, at home and competition, to help conquer your mental game. It's important you allow yourself the time, energy and commitment needed to develop. Choose to have your sessions in person (if you're near by!) or over FaceTime or Skype. Poppy works internationally with clients all over the world so don't let your location prevent you from starting. Once you've purchased your sessions Poppy will be in contact with you to organise a suitable time and get started! After three sessions we will assess your progress together and make a plan that suits you. Let's go!
