Equestrian sport is transforming and those at the top are mentally strong. Poppy aims to inspire, challenge and drive you forwards into a mentally strong and well prepared rider. No matter what your level, Poppy will work with you to design a personalised strategy that works for you. Wether you battle with nerves, struggle with focus, let yourself down in competition, struggle with progressing, or just want to become mentally stronger, Poppy will Coach you through this process.
With many of Poppy's clients based internationally, Poppy is happy to work over the phone or in person. Poppy uses Skype/FaceTime or in person meetings for fortnightly one to one sessions to continuously revaluate and drive performance. Weekly check-ins over whats-app hold you accountable to implementing the actions and makes communication fast and accessible.We'll work together for as long or as short as you feel needed but I always recommend a minimum of four sessions to seem some progress.

This is time solely dedicated to you, a chance for you to explore and evaluate where you are now and where you want to be. Time to learn new skills for maximising your performance and time to dedicate to improving as an all round athlete.
